    I have been coming here for years but my last trip to Sam's was horrible. I buy a lot of stuff (based on projections of needs) and return which I don't need.

    I was returning a few items and this DESI guy at entrance, whose job is to place stickers on returns only, starting asking me why are you returning it? What's wrong with it? (I'm pretty sure, it's not in his job description). Moreover,this lady at customer service desk had weird look and then forgot to scan one item. Seriously, how hard is it to do your job without ****** attitude? Service desk is supposed to maintain customers not to loose them. We pay for access to this club. Definitely won't be returning to Sam's.
