  We hired 4B Construction in August 2017 for a rehab project. We were very specific in our expectations and timeline as, agreed to in our signed services agreement. Sean Buckley and Ragen Burns were the contractors. We learned very quickly that they were very dishonest. They do not have the experience and knowledge in rehabs as they market themselves. They were not timely and habitual liars. We paid them over $14, 000 cash for the job and subcontractors were left unpaid and the job not finished. We are pursuing litigation however, this is not an easy process, as they live at various addresses between Shreveport, LA and Dallas, TX and under other names. Ramon Broadway, a former NFL player is a catalyst to this fradulaent business. He reached out to us to claim that he was owner of the company after hearing the problems. When we shared the issues and money taken from us, we never heard from him again.
  
  Do not ever hire this company. They are scams and frauds. They use their military background to convey their trustworthiness and expertise; neither of which they are.
  
  Be very, very careful!!!
