  I don't bank at Chase. I was expecting a payment from a friend who had initiated the fund transfer via zelle. Since I was not familiar with zelle , I went to my bank but they couldn't help me at all so I decided to give Chase on West Parker a try on my way back from lunch.I was helped by a great banker whose name I can't recall at this moment which sounded closely to Manuel. He walked me through activating my zelle on non chase
  mobile app with a tremendous level of knowledge. He was very patient, courteous and caring. I was particularly impressed because he was helping a non Chase customer and was so good with an another bank ''s smartphone app. I have his business card in my car and I'm planning to switch to Chase because of the stellar service I got from him. I hope The name i remember right now is very close to his actual name. Thank you Mr.M!!!
