    It was a pleasure to work with John to help me in purchasing a house recently. John is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. John has over 30 years experience in the real estate market and has a unique way quickly tracking down the list and find a house that met all my requirements. It saved me tons of time visiting a long list of houses actively for sale. He was always quick to answer phone calls, texts or emails and provided excellent research on comps. He was also good at negotiating the price. I ended up with a good deal and short turn around time. Never expected I could have such easy transaction since DFW market is really hot.

    And to top it off, John gave me some great tips on maintain and decoration. All fit my home nicely. I would highly recommend here.
