    Very pleased with the customer service via website/email. I made an order online, the first pair did not fit my husband, so they took care of an exchange for us (which was such an easy process). When we got the exchange item, that didn't fit my husband as well, and at this point I just decided that style of short doesn't fit my husband. Jordan was who I dealt with the majority of the time, and he always made each process so easy and was always very kind and professional. I ended up needing to just get a refund and he completely understood. I always appreciate good customer service when having to deal with exchanges and refunds, he made it a nice and easy experience.
