  There's something very wrong with a donut store that sells only 4 kinds of donuts and none of them are good. The bacon donut sounds like something that would be good but it isn't. It's just a donut with a slab of bacon on top. Not candied bacon or caramelized or sweetened in some way. Just bacon.
  
  The s'more donut likewise sounds a lot better than it is. It's just a regular donut with a giant slab of raw marshmallow on top. Not cooked marshmallow. No cracker crunch. The marshmallow was rubbery like a sponge. The whole thing was inedible.
  
  The mascarpone donut was the only thing that was even slightly OK, but that's all it was. It didn't taste any better than what I could get at dunkin donuts for $1.
  
  Overall the donuts were as bad as they were overpriced. It's like someone had an idea for what ingredients a good donut would have, but has absolutely no idea how to cook, and so just pushed a bunch of good-sounding ingredients together. A total miss.
