    Ever since new management took over, their customer service and performance have dropped significantly. The new manager, Nikki is not only rude but highly unprofessional. Certainly plan to take my business to another cleaners.
    My humble recommendation for the new owners would be take the time to spend at the store and learn about their clientele rather leave the operations to rude unprofessional staff.
