I spoke with reps, managers, and the delivery service and NO ONE fulfilled the order. I work retail and handle all the internet orders and I'm disgusted that i had to keep following up but no one ever called me. When i cancelled today it took 15min and he didn't even apology just kept putting me on hold. Im inconvenienced my daughter bedroom makeover was a bust and now i have to shop elsewhere for product. But i have to wait 7-10days for my money back although I've waited a month for a product i never received.
