  I've had car insurance through this office for 15 years, and renter's insurance for a total of 5 years. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them. You really don't know how good your insurance is until you have a claim. My first claim was after a huge hail storm in Plano, TX. Thousands of people were affected by it. I called the office, and they told me a drive-thru tent was set up (because there were so many claims!). I went the next day, and within about 10 minutes, they had inspected my car and given me a check to pay for the damage. It was amazing!
  
  Most recently, I was driving a loaner car and ran into a deer. I called the insurance, and the person I spoke with was so kind and considerate. They had everything taken care of within a few minutes, and I didn't have to do anything else.
  
  One of my family members, who has a different insurance company, just had to file a claim and was on the phone with them every day trying to get their representative out, trying to get them to contact the repair shop, etc. It was really frustrating for him. It made me realize that service like I get at State Farm is not the norm.
  
  The other thing I really like about them is that when you call in a claim, they have a call-back service, so you don't have to wait on hold. They will call you as soon as a representative is available. When I call the office directly (not for a claim), I've immediately gotten through to someone, and they've always been helpful and kind.

  John has been my State Farm agent for several years now. We have had to submit a few claims over the years and each time, John and his staff have been above and beyond with their services. They're very professional, kind, and efficient in responding to our requests and I do highly recommend John's insurance services to anyone looking for a great and caring agent!
