  I have been getting cakes from there for a couple years now and it used be pretty moist and flavorful. Last two times though the cake was dry and they barely put any fruit in it. So the first time I let it go. The second time, which was Jan 14th 2018 that’s when I picked up the cake. The cake was dry again and there was barely any fruit in it. Even thought I told them please make sure to not repeat the same mistake. I called the store to give my feedback and the store manager (Roman) assured me he will get to the bottom of this and get back to me. I’m still waiting for his call back. Never again I’m ordering from them.

  So I called Roman back and decided to give them another chance. Roman assured me everything will be great this time and he also gave me a discount, which I appreciated. I dropped off the picture that was supposed to go on a cake. He took the picture and assured me that he will personally take care of the cake. So when I go to pick up the cake. I am greeted with the unfriendly girl at the counter. (none of them know how to smile or even how to answer back a person who is saying hi and smiling including the owner). She goes in to pick the cake comes out and tells me that they can't find the picture. I was shocked. My 4 year old girls birthday is in an hour and they can't find the pic, WOW? So they finally find the picture throw it on the cake I look at the cake and all the bordering is wrong. with the wrong color. I take a look at the receipt and it clearly states the border color number, which they ignored. At this point I can only take the cake home since I have no choice.
