  I am disappointed in the customer service that was provided to me upon the pick up of my product. I called the night before to ensure that my daughter's mum was ready. When I called again the next day to inform them that I was on my way. The associate asked for the information. I gave her all of the details. She explains that they could not find it. I let her know that we called the night before and were told that it was ready. Her tone was clearly frustrated after 3 attempts. I asked if she was ok and that maybe someone that worked last night would know where the product was. She replied with I'm just fine. I'm good are you Ok? She puts me on hold for the 4th time. She says oh, it's here at the front desk already. When I arrive to the store. Guess who greets me? The rude phone lady. She asked for my form. I said I don't have...she interrups me midsentence and says that they can't help me without my form. I replied, "I would like to speak to someone with better customer service. Why couldn't she just walk away since I was in line waiting on another associate? That would be too much like right, she replies, I am nice. I am very nice. She continues to talk. At this point others are looking at her in dismay but that doesn't stop her rant. I finally say, ma'am please leave me alone. While the cashier was fantastic, the amount of interaction that one has to go through with the mean lady takes away from the experience of the shop.
